Kindle and Roku problems.

So I took it back and I asked for help switching apps over from my old kindle to my new one. This seemed to take forever. Also I bought a Roku and I had to take it back because this 73 yr. old couldn't set it up. Best Buy wasn't any help at all.

While we try to have as many of the apps in the latest versions as possible as you may see on other operating systems and other brands of tablets, we have our own App Store with apps in their versions that are compatible with our Fire OS. So due to this, you may come across some apps that may appear different on a Fire tablet than on other devices. As apps get updated, your device should update them over the air automatically or you can always check for updates within the App Store.
