Camera is not great but Its great value for your money. Would recommend!

While we try to have as many of the apps in the latest versions as possible as you may see on other operating systems and other brands of tablets, we have our own App Store with apps in their versions that are compatible with our Fire OS. So due to this, you may come across some apps that may appear different on a Fire tablet than on other devices. As apps get updated, your device should update them over the air automatically or you can always check for updates within the App Store. And you get what you pay for. However I bought it to use it as my Kindle so I use it to read and it’s very good.

One thing you can do to check to see if you may be running too many apps in the background, which may be causing some of your slowdown, is to tap the Multitask button in the bottom right of the screen. This will bring up all of your running apps that you can individually swipe up to close or you can swipe all the way to the right to tap Close All. This may free up some processing resources for you to experience a faster tablet. I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying the Kindle capabilities of this tablet.
