I've only ever used apple products, so I was confused as ever trying to figure out the product! But others I showed it to did understand it. My son seemed as confused as I was because I couldn't show him how to use it. If you're familiar with the system, it should be easy.

I was told by a best buy associate that there is a child lock screen, which was not true. The reason I originally bought this kids tablet was to allow my 15 month to watch movies on it and when she touched the screen it wouldn't stop/pause/turn off the movie. After spending an hour searching through Google we found it does not have the child screen lock we were told it had. I returned this table and bought an iPad mini which has "guided access" and allows you to lock the screen while a movie is playing.

When you compare to other tablets. Only I pad is better

Durable, great screen, kids love it. Limit of use is great way to make sure ur kids don't spend all day on tablet.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old for Christmas and I really think he is going to love it. Once you create the adults profile and the child's the amazon freetime has a lot of content I think kids wil enjoy. I especially like the content is familiar characters from disney, nickelodeon, etc. No complaints here
