Took home set-up constantly gets stuck and Best Buy says oh just continuously hold down off/on button. This became a frequent nuisance so I returned it and reordered another one. Guess what that one wont even work because it is in another language and will not work in the US. Called Best Buy again transferred from Geek Sqad to a person who says they cannot fix it and it is a hit and miss when you purchase one as to the country you receive? Are you kidding me? Really? I would not want this for free. How is this acceptable and I bought 2 one for my grandson and it is doing the same thing. I would not purchase this ever again if it was from a garage sale! How can Amazon get away with this??

    Horrible OS

I bought two of these tablets during the Black Friday event sale for my kids. Once received I setup as normal, updates, personal info...anyway. Bottom line is when the kids are on their profiles there is no home screen, no favorites screen, no way to view books, games, or apps that were downloaded. All it does is puts a check mark on the app that they clicked on, which is now downloaded to the tablet. So the main screen it stays on is all the apps, books, apps and games, audio, video. Every time the kids want to find something they have to type in the search or scroll through the hundreds of apps listed until they find it, silly. After a few days of trying to figure out why there is no home screen I gave up and let them play with it. After setting up profiles with an hour of reading before playing it prompts the kids to do so, then they click the X and by pass it all together and start playing the games anyway, so silly. The tablets constantly say "oops, something went wrong" and I am forced to restart. Done with this silly Mickey Mouse tablet and am returning for something better.

Worked good for a while. But then the screen went black and i couldnt get itnto turn back on. The charge port always seemed low quality, but I guess you get what you pay for.
