The tablet was a replacement from another tablet that just stop working and when i took the old one back the customer service agent replaced it right away. I am very happy with the service.

Great tablet when it would charge and could be used. Had to buy a new one because the charging port went bad on this one.

I thought this would be a great tablet for my son to use while taking a cross country flight. Nope. I wasn't expecting much since he's 2, but the menu is hard to navigate. There are no names to the apps, only icons which seems great for kids that can't read until you realize that there are 4 Thomas the train icons and you don't know which is which. It was very frustrating and ultimately we decided to return it. The only positive is the kid friendly case.

This was a great buy with all the features that comes included. I enjoy watching all the cool networks with my son. Thanks

Very Durable, the only thing that I can say about it was I couldn’t get kids you tube :( but other than that great for kids under 5 and big kid adults like my self :)
