Subscriptions don't work under your child's profile. Paid apps don't work under multiple profiles. For example: I have ONE email address, therefore one account. An app purchased under an adult profile is not available for a child account (even though it is made under the same account). Likewise, a purchase made in a child profile is not available in the adult profile. Also, subscriptions are not all available in the child profile. This ended up in a weird situation where I paid for Peppa Pig World (subscription) but it's only available for the adult profile. I also paid for the full version of Endless Reader and Endless Numbers, but those were only available under the child profile. Thankfully, Amazon support was very supportive on this issue (and refunded me so I could make all purchases under the adult account) but that doesn't change the issue. On the other hand, I never had this issue with Google Play Store. The Support people are awesome! The tablet specs (battery life, screen, GUI) are awesome. The set up with the store being specific to profiles and not accounts? I'm not too excited about.

Is good, but is slow. The system should provide More Memory and it will be nice to have an Stand form in the back.

I purchased this for my 2 year old on his birthday. I thought it would be too advanced for him but it isn’t. Although he can’t do a lot on it, somethings are simple enough for him to figure it out. I give it to him and just let him go. I like to just sit back and watch him learn and figure things out. Perfect for and older kid but also good for a 2 year old.

Easy to use and great for settings to control what kids have access to

My daughter used the older verison of this Tablet. The fact that the screen is larger and the processor seems to run smoother are large pluses. The case prevents damage even from nasty drops of a toddler throwing it in a rage. The parental controls are also easy to use and set.

We got each of our 2 grandchildren their own tablet. They are 2 and 3 years old. These are VERY sturdy and relatively easy to set up. They have dropped them, stepped on them and sat on them with no adverse effects! We do give them measured time to be on them and when they see them coming, they are psyched. You can get lots of educational apps for kids!

This is a great tablet for young kids to have fun and learn. Great beginners tablet.

Durable, worry free warranty and great parental controls.

Locks up sometime which could be due to the freetime program running. Purchased for 2 year old granddaughter that uses it very often. Had to get more memory as she downloads about every game app on there. Safe for kids to use and can add a few additional apps. Cannot get you tube for kids but gets plenty other apps such as Disney +. Had for over a year and hasn't broken yet. And its been though a lot of drops and spills.

I bought this device for my son who is soon to be three and its the best decision. Its easy to navigate and he is literally glued to it all day. It was also delivered in record time. Though he got it broken in about a month. I got it replaced by Amazon in 3 days as i didn't buy the protection plan by Bestbuy. Overall a great purchase.

My 5yr old daughter absolutely loves it! BUT everything you touch automatically downloads. Any child in control of it will accidentally or intentionally click on things that they have no idea about. It is all child friendly thankfully. There are games, books, shows ect. Overall it’s wonderful! It has so many options for kids (all for free the 1st year!). We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend. The only criticism I have is the instant touch and download.

This is such a great buy, you are able to download games and videos for use offline which makes for long trips being a lot less stressful on the kids. The case is rugged yet nice. We liked it so much we went and bought a second one for our older son. It gives you the option to set it up for younger kids or for older kids. Well worth the money

Nice, durable tablet with a good sized screen. Perfect for watching shows, playing games and reading books. My 2 yr old is in love with it. This girl has thrown it on occasion with her strong little self and it has held up to the test. Nice protective covering in a pretty pink color. Def would recommend it to whomever, young or old.

My kids love these, easy to use, setup was alittle annoying

This was our second birthday purchase for our son (the 1st one was a Peanuts Christmas collection at Hallmark)- ok, more like, his dad asked him if he wanted to use his birthday money to buy it. So far, so good. He loves to use it. The parental controls are easy to use.

We bought two of these when the Covid outbreak hit to help facilitate distance learning. It's great for kids to be able to use zoom and other applications. The variety of preloaded games is great and the tablet seems very durable. I have to pry them out of my children's hands every day. Would buy again.
