The protective case is a life saver, and it is a great tablet for him. I also like the fact that it comes with a 2 yr warranty just in case anything happens.

I was upset finding out it didn't have an option to download kids YouTube. I did however, find a way to by pass it. She loves the games. After a year the charge port gave out but I was able to send to amazon to fix. Website for installation Google play. We went through three cubbys before I found this one and we are so happy! My daughter used to always want to get on youtube until this tablet now she has so many different apps to choose from she never ask to get on the interenet part of it!

Since I bought 2 of these for my grandsons, the first one has a cracked glass, and after numerous questions on how it happened, I can't get my warranty cause my daughter can't remember her email from 13 months ago that she used when she registered it under her name!!! So even though I have the receipt and can prove that it is still under warranty, Amazon will do nothing to fix or replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a bunch of BS! I'm a prime member too, and do a lot of business with Amazon!!! Not anymore

It regularly says Netflix isn't on the memory card, which it definitely is. When using the kids mode, the icons regularly do not load. They come up as blank boxes and you have no idea what what app you are selecting. When it works, it's great. But that is RARE.
