I had this product for less than a year and it cannot charge anymore. I don’t know what happened, I tried charging it one day and it won’t charge.

It was good till when we first got it for my son. After a month of non-heavy usage, the tab stop holding charge. Battery dies fast. Looking to getting ours replaced.

The internet is very slow and it takes time for something to response. Like sometime I have to wait for the keyboard to appeared. Other then that its OK for my 2yrs old to use it

love I there is more then one color for the case. Love the protection it gives, didn't like that I had to put a credit card on it to be able to use it. other then that we like them lots

Only problem is space. It always saying no space with a 64 gigabit sd card... Go figure. Has its ups and down. But definitely great to keep the younger children occupied...

If I could rate this tablet a 0 star I would. I traded it in the the latest generation iPad they had on sale for my 4.5 year old. We had this tablet less than a week and it would freeze, lag and just turn off randomly. I called to ask about exchanging it and the Best Buy associate let me know that it has one of the worst processors in the device and he would never recommend that tablet to anyone.

THIS WAS A PURCHASE MADE FOR A FAMILY FRIEND WHO HAD A DAUGHTER TURNING 7. SHE GOT THE DEVICE HOME AND WAS REQUIRED BY AMAZON TO PUT A CC ON FILE IN ORDER TO SET IT UP.

Not enough memory or ability to stop kids from downloading and to much 3rd part software

We purchased this tablet for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas through Best Buy online. It stopped turning on within 3 weeks of opening. Luckily we made the last day possible to exchange the tablet at Best Buy but it had to be mailed to us because Best Buy were sold out. Unfortunately, if this happens again (there is a 1 year no questions asked warranty) Best Buy will not do the exchange. We will have to go through Amazon and pay the shipping charges.

It makes you add a payment method and advertises paid games to kids and makes it easy for them to buy them.

Easily accessible by kids with camera access. Would have loved to see more kids application to help intellectually such reading or math solving apps.

Worked well for about a month, now can’t do anything. Won’t charge, won’t turn on, and to late to return.

Everything on this tablet works good but as soon as you download things it becomes slow.

this product is not easy to use....ipad blows this away....broke down after a few months

These were fun for more of an educational purpose. But no YouTube for kids which is a letdown.

This is a pretty good tablet but I was very disappointed that I couldn't download apps and games from Google play store.

I bought it for my niece, she is 2 years old. You need to buy a amazon card for download it the games. I returned back.

My grand daughter like the fire HD 10 better. But it stopped working and when I took it back I ended up with the fire HD 7

Disappointed the power cord was defective, and hard to find a new one, you pay $100 for a tablet and can't be used

Just a basic Amazon tablet with a heavy duty protector case already attached.
