This tablet is good for toddlers, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults.

It's very slow to download and connect to different apps

I bought this for s 5 year old birthday gift. It is hard for her to operate.

No matter the value of this tablet it is not worth it. You are locked out of everything Google. Even if you get it installed by jumping though hoops, this tablet is so slow. I suggest a Galaxy Tab, same value, better performance.

Not a bad tablet. It stinks that you have to side load Google apps.

I bought it for my 7 years old and returned it in 2 days. It was very slow to operate. My son was frustrated using it so, I had to return it.

it keeps the kids busy when we are traveling make the time by quicker

One week after purchasing Kindle for my son, the tablet would not recharge nor turn back on. I would probably not purchase this item again. I couldn't return because I lost the receipt.

The sound on the tablet keeps shutting off for no reason.

Screen freezes up some. But the case makes up for it.

Having troubles getting started and to register the device with Amazon and to set up child accounts. Customer service from Amazon confirmed this to be both software and device issues. Over all - disappointment. I dont think the product is worth the price.

Very good for kids. Could be bigger but it's ok for kids

I bought this product thinking it was brand new, only to find it was already registered by a different person. I couldn’t even sign in. It kept asking of PIN. I was disappointed to have such a product. How can this happen? The challenge is I have already left for Nigeria. I understand I can return it within a 15 days window but I have to send it by courier. Who is going to pay for that? Will I be compensated by Best Buy?

very educational for a 3 yr old. my daughter lives it.

We got this tablet for my son for Christmas thinking that it would be better than his old android tablet. Man were we wrong. It looks great but the functionality just doesn’t exist. It took forever to start up (at this point I’m still holding out hope because most things start up slow) but then he downloaded a couple of games and they wouldn’t open. If they did open (which was rare, even for the pre-downloaded ones) it took AT LEAST 45 seconds (we counted). It was very aggravating for my son to not even get to play with his new toy because it wasn’t working so we took it back and got him something else.

Don't like the fact I must put a credit card or Amazon card to get it going for my 6yr old nephew!! Second, only offers Amazon app and not Playstore Apps. Returned it and bought a Samsung Tab for Kids! Way better!
