We purchased this tablet for my 5 year old grand daughter for Christmas and she has used it all the time. She was using our tablet and we were always afraid of her dropping it. This tablet has worked flawlessly and gives her the freedom to use it without the worry. Great purchase.

My boys each got this tablet when they were 10. Mainly because a friend said they were indestructible. They survived two years! I would say 12 is rhe maximum age. There are some limitations but the parental controls outweigh the downside if you're buying for a child less than 10

We could not have made a better purchase for kids tablets. Our kids are getting 2 years of unlimited educational apps and games geared for their ages. We have extensive parental control options. And the batter life is great. They can play for hours without needing to recharge.

I purchased this tablet for my 1 year old great-nephew for Christmas and he loves it! The apps are amazing. His mom was able to download educational apps as well. It keeps him content and happy. Too see his little finger swipe...is hilarious! I'm very proud that I purchased it.

My 2 year old niece loves this she carries this everywhere to play with was the perfect Christmas gift!

Excellent tablet for small kids, very resistant against impact. Great value and quality for the price.

Overall a nice tablet. There is a bit of a learning curve for kids in finding their apps and filtering through the screens to find the free stuff. I would r ecommend though for the price. I don't know if there is much difference between this and just a regular tablet. I guess for Kids safety this is a reasonably good choice.

Good tablet for entertaining kids on long drives. Make sure you have Internet connected so you can download everything and set it up before you let the kids start using it. I also like the warranty of if the break it you get a replacement no questions asked because we all know how kids are.

I got this for my granddaughter that is 4 years old and it is easy for her to operate and understand.

Love these tablets. Not easy to break very long lasting had mine for over 2 yrs so worth the warranty.

Slow processor hard to connect easy to use great color

Our 4 year old grandson is really enjoying his new first tablet! He isn't having too much trouble getting used to how it works. He especially likes to watch little cartoon shows on it. I think this tablet will also help him learn his alphabets and numbers! Lots of fun!! :)

Bought it for my daughter. She is a third grader and loves to read a lot. Kindle Prime included books is a good option and she gets to read and rotate books. I love the feature of Freetime where i can control the amount of screen time, games, apps and reading. Remember it is a Fire7 and not Fire8 so it is a bit slow, but not a huge problem for reading.

I love that the settings allowed me to put a reading requirement in place before she can play games.

I think I was under the impression it would not allow any type of adult content. But, I noticed that my child is still able to go onto "YouTube" and pull up certain videos that I don't deem age appropriate. I still have to figure it out. But, they love the games and are able to pull up some of their school apps to practice their school work on.

This tablet keeps my 3 year old busy. He can operate it better than most adults. He knows how the apps work and where the apps are. He plays educational games and watch his shows. He uses it all the time. He still plays with his toys and have out door activity too.

This device is especially made for children. my kids love them. we limit thier use and the tablet limits there online availability. the kids will learn with this device. possibilities are wide from reading to writing and problem solving as well as hundreds of games to make learning fun
