We got the tablet for our 2yr old so we can travel with it and entertainment on plane or car. And also that it expands to 128gb. The free content is great. But useless if u r in car or plane without a wifi. The other negative is that u have to have 2 user accounts (parent and child) to access the extra memory. So all the movies that I downloaded couldn't be viewed on the child accounts. It was a pain every time I had to access the videos for my kid. For around the house it's a good use. Travel in plane and car we ended up giving her our iPad.

This was a great investment. Hard but soft sturdy outer cases that are totally kids proof. Easy to use since my 4 year old twins are having a ball just discovering new features. The apps are just what they need. Fun to use and easy to understand.

Gave this tablet to my nephew for his third birthday he loves it and it is very easy for him to use and understand.

This tablet is easily understood by my young kids. I've bought two one these. One for each kid. They both love them!

Good for the price, nice that it comes with a one year replacement, no matter what happens. Good for younger kids, I'd say 10 and younger, older than that they'll notice the shortcomings of this tablet. Kind of laggy, performance wise at times, and the camera is pretty poor quality. If the kid(s) are used to an iPad, this is an obvious step down, even from the older iPads. Hard to beat what you get for $100 or less though.

My son loves the fire. It is easy to use and has a wide variety of apps he can use. The parental controls are easy to set up and change as he plays. Overall well worth the price.

The storage and battery life are terrible but I love that the kids mode keeps my son entertained and only allows him to access what I approve. I did have to buy a 32 GB SD card so he could continue to use the tablet though, all of the apps that come with the tablet and are added almost daily will kill the device storage in a few hours

Purchased for my almost 2 year old son to help keep him content during his first flight. Great purchase. He loves the games on it. Tries to take it with him everywhere we go.

My grandson (4 yrs.old) was always using his mothers, sisters phones to play games and videos, but now he has his own tablet and takes it everywhere, including the bathroom.

Camara poor quality, service is very slow my kids get inpatient, takes hours to have a full battery i would lower the price down .

I purchased this tablet for my grandson for Christmas. Thus far he uses the tablet almost daily. He is still learning the features available on this tablet. My son does use the children features and limits the time on this tablet.

Purchased this for my three year old grandson to help him in preparation for going to preschool next year. He can play games he likes on it such as Mine craft but he can also use it for learning to count, alphabet, shapes, etc.

Very durable yet light weight. The battery lasts for hours usually only charge every couple days. It's easy to set up and my 3 yr old learned how to navigate very quickly

My daughter and I have kindles and love them. Christmas lists full of I want a kindle too from my son. Lol. He gets one and know he plays games with us too. So pleased.

Love the unlimited content in freetime! Still trying to figure out how the time limits work for users (important with 4 child users). Battery doesn't last as long as I thought it might when in standby, but charges quickly.

I was excited about this tablet until we started using it, it takes a while to load the kids profile and the battery drained really quick, but for the price its ok.

As most parents know, toddlers hate to sit still. This tablet has been a huge help in keeping her preoccupied during doctor visits and times I am on call at home.

has parental control, good visuals, wide variety of programs--games, reading stories, etc. More rugged than some, thus good for younger children. Price is acceptable.

I like the size of the tablet and the fact that it already has suggested apps that are age appropriate. It has parental controls so that I don't have to worry about my son accessing inappropriate sites. My son loves it!
