Great first tablet for the young one. You can get all the desired apps for them. Good price point instead of the iPad for young children.

Parental controls enables parents to set limits on playtime and work time. You can select material you feel is appropriate for your child. Plenty of books and apps to choose from.

Good price and works good enough for 4 year old to watch shows and play a few games. Don't have to worry about it being damaged.

This is a great first tablet for toddlers. There are many titles that you can put on it. The 2 year warranty is a great idea to have on a kids tablet and not charge extra for it.

I bought this tablet for my 2 year old. He has used it a few times and seems to enjoy it. The bumper case is easy for him to hold and has good shock absorbancy. The screen is the perfect size for him. I like that the tablet was already set up for children. It's a little slow wjen downloading apps and movies but it's tolerable.

Got one for my two yr old and my seven yr old they both have no problem navigating them and enjoy them play them all the time.

I pick this up for my son and it is amazing. Easy to set up and links to my amazon account. Now I monitor everything he does with out him knowing, would highly recommend this.

I picked up this tablet for my 6 year old. I had debated whether or not to get the basic Fire tablet or to get the Fire Tablet Kids edition. I am glad I went with the Kids edition. It comes with the foam bumper which is probably $15 itself and a 2 year warranty for and bumps or spills but FreeTime gives me peace of mind for my child. I wasn't familiar with FreeTime before, but I appreciate what it does. At first, there are pre-selected Books, Apps, Videos. These are all free. If there other games that you want to allow, you can flip to the adult account, pull down the game to the adult account then go to the settings and provide permission for your child's account to use it. However, there are some annoyances: 1. When the child account wants to use the app, for the first time, it has to download and install on the child's account, it's not automatically installing the app from the adult account. 2. The child's home screen or carousel only displays 20 or so items, so if your child has downloaded several books, only the last 20 or so will show up on the home screen, you need to go back to the Books section and select a target book before it gets added back to the carousel. More specific to the tablet itself, the battery Life is rather short. and button placement relative to charging port is a little awkward. Don't get me wrong, it's a speedy little tablet for the money and its performance has outweighed the annoyances. Once the free year of FreeTime is up, I will be sad, but I still have a capable Fire Tablet.

My son loves the device, but filled it up within a week. I put in a 64gig memory card to provide extra space for his apps.

For a kid, it's a great tablet....There's a bunch of features I don't like. The kids profile looks too kiddish even when you set it up for an older child. My kid is too advanced to have a Nubi look to the interface. Other than that, the tablet is awesome. Especially if you have Amazon Prime. So many perks if so. The Kids Free time membership is a great addition too. Lot's of books for them to read.

It great for kids just a few downer point. First you got to buy sdmini because 8 gig not much when adding apps. It don't like sending app to card watch it because it gets to full it will not work. Kid screen hard to get in and out of for kids. But overall great for price. I'm just an apple person. Night and day difference

This is a good toddler tablet. I love all the cool applications made just for the kids. However I dont like that the battery dies so quickly and it takes about 4 hours to charge. And even in kids mode the child can still download kid friendly app, they eventually take up all the memory space which turns off the wifi.

Great very satisfied best purchase ever for my granddaughter easy to use more durable than other purchases. She really loves the camera crazy about the case being pink
