Has been really easy to setup, easy to download and I love the fact it has parental controls on it

I love it it's a good way for my child to learn with it .

I got this for my 3 year old glad it came in pink she loves pink. Overall it gets the job done although some of the apps I've downloaded aren't optimized for this version of the fire tablet. Other than that its lightweight so little hands have no problem handling it and the cover is durable enough to withstand a rambunctious 3 year old.

My wife and I bought 2 of these on impulse for our grandchildrens Christmas. Best idea ever. Their mom can put limits and restrictions on their time with these. We looked at regular tablets and realized a net nanny program would be needed. With these, they are geared and directed with kids in mind. Buy the extra data cards with the tablet. I've ordered the 32gb for both kids. They like these better than the Nabis that they had.

The kindle's case helps keep it well protected from being used by a child. The battery however requires repeatedly charging. The charger Itself is not as fast as the other kindle models, which is disheartening.

I have 2 of these one for my 4 year old and this green one for my just turned 2 year old. It is wonderful, minus the charger. My 4 year old bent the plug in part in less then a week. That's why I gave it four stars. My only complaint and I'm hard to please! Both of my boys become interested in learning games and show's at around 18 months. You get 2 years of Prime for kids. It's kids unlimited. The kindle is covered for 2 years against kids destruction. It's really a great deal. You can also set all of the parental controls and age group. I def recommend. Just put chargers up high!

My kid really loves to take my phone to play games and the next thing I know she's surfing YouTube and watching grown men in pony outfits playing with Japanese meal toys... With Kindle fire kids edition I don't have to worry if my kids are watching or playing inappropriate content! It's also great to be able to set up time limits so they can earn tablet time and also not be on it until super late at night! Super easy!

This is a great product for kids. easy access to the apps and easy purchase of learning tools.
