I bought this for work and needed to run some programs for patient care. Unfortunately, amazon has limited the ability to run 3rd party apps.

It’s definitely better than the other Fire Tablets on the market. But I wanted it to basically use for gaming and it didn’t work out for me, so I returned it after two weeks.

I would say tho. It would be a good addition to the product if it had a stylus dedicated to it. Its been a top 10 xmas gift for the last 5 years. Thank you for your quality.

Software on this tablet leaves alot to be desired. Unable to install most of my frequently used applications using APK installer. Applications apppear to install but crash immediately upon launching, I know these apps should run on a Fire Tablet as I have installed them via APK installer on a fire 10 without issues. I believe they may have done something with the Fire OS on this model that pre-empts the installation of third party applications. Sad because as I mentioned earlier hardware wise this is a sweet tablet. But in the end if you can't run the software you need it really is not of much use. Buyers beware!
