    The remote isn’t working properly and I can’t return it. Only purchased a little over a month ago. (New batteries and resetting it did not work either).

    I like the operations of the Fire TV Stick, and all the convenes it has to offer. However the remote is 'flimsy', not durable. i have already had to purchase other remotes to control my Fire Stick
