    Setting up this item took 3 days because it wouldn't connect to our Wifi. Make sure you have strong wi-fi throughout your home.

    I’ve used Firesticks for a few years now. This one acts the same as the 4k one. Not worth upgrading. Remote has new shortcut buttons which is nice.

    cant remove preloaded amazon apps, thus the 4 apps I have cannot update because there is no room to do so

    The On/Off button does not work. However, I can still use my old firestick to turn TV on/off.
