    Remote stopped working after a week. Have switch the batteries multiple times and have tried resetting remote, however it is still not working.

    Returned the product. For some reason Firestick was forced to 1080p 60Hz setting even though my TV was 4K.

    Great Value! This product is a very good buy. it's a great source to have if you don't have cable. I think this purchase is worth buying. There are many features and cable channels to watch. If you'd like to watch Utube on your television, it is a great deal rather than sitting at the computer all day.

    I was hesitant to change to this technology but I'm glad I did. I am a senior citizen and I was afraid it would be too difficult for me. It was easy to set up and I am loving all the shows I now have access to without extra charges or packages I do not need.
