    I have been a long time Firestick user although I'm not a big Amazon user not being locked into their eco system. This is my third Firestick the 4Kmax. Only complaint is the volume buttons are not the smoothest it jump to far.

    This fire stick is so much better than our old one! Love it! Don’t need two sticks anymore to turn on and off the tv either!! Only complaint is that it is next to impossible to get the back off to insert the batteries!!!

    Good product. Turns our small regular tv into a smart. Allows the tv to connect to netflix and youtube and prime video. Our tv works fine, I did not feel there was a need to buy another, so I bought the firestick. Works great. have had it for 2 years now.
