    I needed another Firestick and for the price delta ($5) it was a no brainer to pick up the 4K max over the 4K standard stick. This device adds a slightly faster processor and more ram. If you need a FS this is a very nice device.

    I haven't really noticed any difference in speed between this and the regular 4k's I have. I have an Eero pro 6 series mesh network and thought with the extra RAM and Wifi 6 it would be considerably faster. It's not that I can tell. I have run into an issue using the silk browser on this compared to the regular 4k. It has a thin green line outlining the screen when using the silk browser. I only get it the line when using the 4k max. Maybe a future firmware update will fix it. Otherwise I love the firesticks along with my recast for local channels. I always buy my firesticks when they are on sale and that makes them an excellent value.

    Upgraded a couple of my TV's to the new Fire TV Stick 4K MAX when they went on sale for the holidays. Much faster processor on this model then the previous model. Good deal along with super fast next day mail delivery from Best Buy.
