Some issues

I was able to use it and watch whatever I wanted but only at max volume. For some reason, the remote would not control the volume. I followed the instructions as they were given to me during setup. All of the resolutions to troubleshoot the volume control did not work and im not about to spend hours on the phone to fix this. I downloaded the app and tried to control it with my phone but that did’nt work either. I tried to command Alexa to do it but she couldnt do it either. I ended up spending more money for a better remote. We’ll see how that works. I am also not happy that the stick needs to be plugged into a power source the entire time you are using it.
