Technical support was unable to determine the issue, and I've already threw away the packaging so I lost out on the full $60 I paid for the firestick because I am unable to keep putting in brand new batteries everyday. Very frustrated and would never purchase again.

However, I have Spectrum TV and you cannot download the App on it. Had to return it. I guess I would recommend it if you aren't wanting to use the Spectrum TV app.
