This thing stopped working in early December!!! What to do about it!???

You must have Alexa to use which the sales person failed to mention

No instructions on box No directions on how to get batteries in remote

Could not get this to get through the setup processes. Kept failing trying to update then would not go any further and had to start over. Tried multiple times in multiple locations. Bought a ROKU hooked it up had everything working in 5 minutes. I will stick with ROKU.

Piece of junk remote won’t pair anymore waste of money

The remote doesnt last, the batteries don't last, they die out in about 6 to 7 hours, i spent a bunch if money on a bunch if different types of batteries, then I went online to find ways to reset the remote, but that didnt work either, i shouldve bought something else,waste of money

Product showed several signs of previous usage! 1. Two different sets of batteries in bx 2.stick unable to pair controller 3. Already registered to an account I've purchased several Firesticks from Best Buys,but never expected this!

After a month of usage I am very disappointed. I have it connected to my LG CX 55 inch LED along with my Bose soundbar and I am getting constant audio lag. I have tried every solution and nothing has worked. I would return it but I threw away the packaging.

Easier to install and use than I thought! Bypassing the older TV's internal apps, got improved picture to boot. TV also goes into sleep mode & off when not used. Goodbye cable!

I was sucked in to get the fire stick system. the entire concept is flawed. the controller is is a abomination in design. the system is like a jungle to maneuver. I hate the experience. Recommend this system I THINK NOT

The remote quit working after only 2 1/2 months I put new batteries in it works for a few hours and then the next day nothing if I put new batteries in again it works for awhile then nothing again

If you are using Emby to stream videos, there’s a major glitch with this particular version. Unfortunately I’m four days of being able to return mine so will have to purchase the original 4K version, which works just fine.

I have had 3 fire tvs and 2 of the fire sticks ,but this one is always wanting me to deleat apps so it can update will stop working ans says deleat apps and wont let me do anything untill i deleate apps. makes it inoperateable

Very cheap ineffective device. It only worked marginally well. Remote would not work or change channels. We replaced it with an Apple TV which is great. Best Buy exchanged our devices and made it very simple.

The Firestick 4k Max is by far the easiest device to use and stream from. The picture quality is very crisp and moves edficiently with no buffering.

Great product, east to install and easy to use! One of the best values in electronic entertainment I have ever purchased.

Just the best fire stick that I have ever had …. Quick menu selection and the voice function is just to die for

firestick remote work for one only one day. I have recently purchase firestick and remote and the remote have only work for only one day or short time

This doesn’t reflect on Best Buy, don’t buy this Firestick! It will not allow you to install developers software! Beware!!

Cant get it to work . Very complicated and nobody to help to get it to work . Even called help line and they ate no help !
