Remote does not have the Hulu or Disney Plus buttons, but instead has DirecTV Stream and Peacock. What’s shady is the box doesn’t tell you what all 4 streaming buttons are. Apparently Prime and Netflix for sure…cause that’s shown. The bottom two are cut off…so apparently not Hulu/Disney Plus anymore. At least be honest with the change

This is helping me to cut the cord. It will take me a long time to learn the ins and outs of it.

Expected quality, no surprises. Wish it came with a USB port, for direct Ethernet cable hookup.

The firestick works great and most definitely will purchase something else again.

Wasn’t anything to write about before (some apps not working properly, too many prominent ads, limited space) but wasn’t that far behind Roku as it had far superior speed when switching apps and within apps. Now, with the latest update, the focus is ENTIRELY about Amazon’s bottom line (ads). Screen is so cluttered with ads that it’s a minor chore getting to the app you want. You have to tile through at least one of their ads to get your app. For those who haven’t used Roku, they have only ad that is placed non-obtrusively to the right of the apps. And still, certain apps like CNN almost never work properly (always frozen). A few times the TV has even failed to start up or takes forever to. One time I tried to start Netflix, nothing happened so I went to another app, and as that was slowly opening I heard the Netflix opening chime. None of this happened before the update. And to get to to the cable box you before just had to tile left once. Now you have to tile to the left twice and down? WHY? I’m staying with Roku from now on, or trying Apple TV.

I bought this fire stick a week ago and I already have the clear cache and clear apps because it keeps saying low storage I will never buy another Amazon fire stick again. Not worth $55 or the new sale price.

I purchased the Amazon fire stick specifically to receive the three months free of Apple TV+, only to find that it is literally impossible to find any sort of link or mention of the three months free anywhere in the interface, or anywhere when signing up for Apple TV online. The best I can figure is this an Apple bait-and-switch. I ended up just paying full price for a subscription so I could watch the show I wanted. Extremely disappointed with how the marketing leads one to think they are going to get a discount, only to find it is a typical Apple money-grab.

Purchased 3 Insignia smart Fire TVs. And all are awful. We have 8 TVs in our home and the 5 TVs that arent Insignia TVs all work fine. These 3 Insignia TVs all loose picture while audio continues. It happens sporadically but is all to often. Customer support was useless. Never buy this product is my warning. Pay a few more dollars and get another name brand.

Doesn’t work at all. Crashes every time after 1 minute or so. Don’t waste your money or time on this product. So frustrating trying to get even basic support.

Bought two fire tv's and both remotes are defective. Could'nt use voice command on either.
