I returned a Roku to purchase this instead because i didnt care for Roku's UI, it was a smart choice. The device is well priced, performs well, and has a slick user experience. The only issue sometimes are the ads, but you get used to it. Also, if you have prime this is a no brainer.

While there were some good deals and what not, I’m so glad that I remembered there are products for this exact purpose! (Making a non-smart TV into a smart TV). I did some research across all of the MANY different products out there and I wanted to find the one that would allow me to search the actual web without having to download apps to the device or even on my phone to screen cast. THIS IS IT! This new version states it has a faster core processing has another system so it doesn’t just USB plug into the TV like the standard Roku does. Heck! that isnt something I’m complaining about. I’ve never owned anything such. I haven’t had a single issue and I really appreciate all features. I can even manage other bluetooth devices like for surround sound. 10/10 recommend THIS specific one.
