Excellent option to use in conjunction with Alexa, the interaction between devices is very good and occurs naturally. There were no performance issues when watching streamers in high definition. The remote control works very well.

Very good device, vast improvement over our non-4k, and even the previous standard 4k version. However we have only had it a short time and I cant say for sure to its longevity. Does what it says and has even created an amazing picture on our somewhat out-of-date tv. In all if you dont have a smart tv I would suggest this for thos with other Amazon smart devices.

Overall a great device. Easy intuitive setup, produces clear, sharp pictures. Major shortcoming is unit only has 8gb storage with approximately only 5.5gb available for downloading. Unit will " crash" (drop internet) after continued use. Solution, however, is to add a 3.0 or higher USB drive with adapter. All firesticks except for cube have 8gb. The apple units have 32gb while their newest unit has 64gb, although at a much higher cost. Just add a 64 or 128gb USB drive and you will eliminate buffering/ crashing of the unit!

Our previous Firestick was old, slow, and occasionally froze. This Firestick has the new faster processor and is worth buying. It streams movies and shows smoothly. It was easy to set up. Amazon moves all apps and saved items over and you pick up where you left off but with a newer improved faster Firestick!

Did not get good signal with non 4k fire stick. Choppiness. Slow going through the menu/User Interface, Buffering etc. no issue with this one. Littke to no choppiness, fast response through UI, no buffering. Sales associate said it was a stronger wi-fi adapter. 100% correct and solved my issue with my last fire stick

The Amz Fire TV Stick 4K Max was easy to set up and remote control. Very compact to take with me, so that my aunt can watch favorite shows (she has no cable). I did not like that I purchased item last year and now it suddenly stop working but the remote still works. Disappointed because I'm missing my fav shows and I am reduced to watching basic TV now. I returned the fire stick and I don't like that BB charged me a $9.00 service charge and I did not get refunded what I paid for nor did they evenly exchanged the product with a new one because now the Fire Stick has been made new again. ??????? Really, What about customer loyalty and that fact that I choose BB for All my electronic purchases including my son's and my mother's Apple cellphones. Anyway, still love Best Buy, better than Staples! God bless the recently closed :)

Great little media player. To fully enjoy benefits it is best if you have a TV that supports 4k. I’m invested in the Amazon smart assistant so I was able to pair both my Echo (4th Gen) to this stick and create a home theatre pair. I’m enjoying the Dolby atmos the speakers provide. This product also easily connects and can be controlled by your Amazon Alexa app.

Best value in streaming. I have used all the premium device Roku ultra, Apple TV, Fire TV cube and the 4k Stick. The only device to outperform this device is the far more expensive apple tv. Unless you have a premium tv and theater to take advantage of Apple... this device is all you will ever need.

Another great Amazon Fire stick product. This time with 4K capabilities that math the 4K capability of my television. With voice control. Fast operation. Nice size remote not big and bulky buttons feel good to the touch. Easy to install and use. Go Amazon fire stick tv 4k!

I love my new fire stick way better than the older model. I had very clear and easy to use setting it up was smooth and easy sailing. I would recommend this product and I will update it every couple of years to get the best quality.

If you like the Fire stick this is a good option. Gives you 4k and it's much faster and more responsive than the standard model. The newer remote is nice with volume and power controls for the TV as well.
