It looks very clear like 3d almost and it's very easy to use it has better quality than the regular 4k

Fast, friedmly serbice had a problem with frist package being damage n no firesick in box so spoke with customer services within 2 days i had my new firestick he made sure we had the replacement quickly no hicups

Great value for how cheap it is! Was actually cheaper than the non 4k one, so worked out well, menu is super smooth and apps load faster than my super old one.

The upgrade is noticeable and worth it. I had the previous generation stick that i was content with keeping until i forgot it in a hotel room so i decided to buy the upgrade. This one is so much faster and more responsive, accessing the apps is seamless and i dont know why i even stayed with the old stick as long as i did and the buttons on the remote make it easy to access the common streaming apps at a click of a button

Picture quality is superb with minimal buffering time while streaming. Wifi connection is pretty fast

Some of the top tech sources rate this as best streaming device. I would agree that it's easy to set up and use, pretty robust app platform and good performance. But man the # of ads is kind of disturbing. Overall though, great device at a great price.

Great fire stick love the voice commands on the remote instead of typing everything out works fast and love it i put it on my daughters screen projector

Easy to install and pretty easy to use. Changed cable providers from Spectrum to HTC and use fire stick

Performs better then the normal 4k stick but seems to have less space for apps.

Not sure this is that much better but it is the only way to make my LG TV work with AT&T streaming. The guide does not provide channel numbers so we have to speak the channels to have it tune to what we want to watch. If only LG would have AT&T as an option to install, then we could use the regular LG remote and not this Firestick as a work-around. Not ideal.

Works great and no monthly subscription! Better than cable or satellite.

RARELY do I come into the store looking for something specific,and don't find it. I can also find the employee that can give me complete info and take me to a product that can better fit my needs, often at a lesser price!!

So far we are impressed. Our TV is a 2015 and it's a smart TV but wouldn't connect to internet. The person from Geek Squad said we would have to get a product that would connect it and mentioned the Amazon fire stick. We were able to connect it and it works!

Love this thing. Had an older model (few years old) that had been lagging. Thought it was our internet connection but decided to upgrade firestick. So happy we did. Ordered 2 more to replace others in house.

I bought this after I returned the regular Fire Stick 4K (not Max). This is an upgrade from the regular as it seems to process faster and grabs the wi-fi signals better. The only thing I don't like is the remote drains the battery quickly when not in use. It may be a bad remote - may need to replace to see if that will improve.

If it had 16gb of storage it would be perfect. That's why it doesn't have a 5 star rating.
