I wish I could return it, but this started happening and I am pass the return date!

Thank you for your feedback on the Fire TV Stick 4K Select. I am sorry to hear the device is freezing and the remote is not working. If your Firestick remote isn't turning on your TV, first check and replace the batteries, then unplug and restart both the Firestick and the remote. If that doesn't work, you can try re-pairing the remote by holding the Home button for 10 seconds, or perform a remote reset by holding the Back, Home, and Left directional buttons for 15 seconds, followed by re-pairing. For persistent issues, you may need to check the remote's equipment control settings on the Firestick or reset the Firestick itself. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331.
