    Didn’t work. It keep trying to upload and it would not upload. I left it alone for several hours and nothing. I tried on another television and it did the same thing. I gave up and purchased a ROKU at Target and I love it! Waste of money getting this fire stick.

    I bought a supposed new Fire stick then when I got home it was used, had so much issues trying to get it connected, I had to end up returning it as it was already used and it was supposed to be new!! I brought it back I am still awaiting my refund!

    The firestick is nolonger what it was. This one runs on a new linux base OS which is terible and slow. You can no longer get apps like Downloader. I do not recommend this. Im glad i got a refund for the other stick.

    I bought the wrong firestick and I went to return/exchange and It was over 30 days...clerk told me nothing she could do I had receipt...I'm so upset...I left and left it at the store

    worse than my old firestick of 4 years old, do not buy 4k Select, get 4k Max, Select did not have Downloader on it and you cannot get it, no side loading! Amazon marks them all 4k very misleading!

    Even with excellent high speed internet we get slow lagging images at times using the fire stick. Not worth the money in my opinion.
