This is a great improvement from the last version simply because of the power and volume on the remote. The voice search is pretty useless if you subscribe to a streaming service because it will show the apps that you don't have and show you how much to pay for something that's free. I use PS Vue, but you can't search using the voice remote to find anything, it always brings up the ABC, CBS, etc app instead.

I bought this for my son who is on the military. He absolutely loves it, it is more updated than the one I have. It is easier to use. It has some nice upgrades and is a great device to have.

I upgraded from a basic firestick to the 4k firestick and what a difference. The picture quality of the videos that are available in UHD is amazing. It is definitely worth the extra cost, especially if you find one on sale.

Make sure you get a Roku that can control everything, TV, soundbar or receiver. This one is very comprehensive and allows you to control different features in the TV like input not just power and volume. Easy setup exactly what we wanted. Returned another Roku that didn’t have all of the remote features. Thanks for an easy return process.

I purchased this to replace my 2nd gen fire stick since it was getting a bit slow and lagging even though I kept all updates to date. This 4K TV stick works even faster than my smart tv! Really love it!

I have previously purchased several (4) related Fire Stick related products. This one work just great. No problems installing or accessing. It brings in the 4K programming just fine.

I have been toying with the idea of saving some money on Television entertainment. I have already optimized my live TV Antenna and except for missing NBC and all Cable channels that works pretty well. I tried a cheap Chinese android TV Box and while that could pull in some number of thousands of channels, I started to see that some channels/programming were only going to work well with a subscription charge. The Amazon Prime FireStick is better, but I still keep running into the subscription issue. Having Amazon Prime gives me Prime Video and quite a few new original shows as well as a ton of old shows. Some of the oldies are great to revisit, like "The Prisoner", "Avengers", and a bunch of other SciFi type shows that we like. The new "Mandelorian" series and the whole catalog of "Star Wars-Star Trek", and Marvel stuff caught me and now I am starting to pay for subscriptions. Its hard at this time to give up some of the sports that are only found so far on my Cable channels and the live Channel guide is far ahead of anything I have found on the Firestick. I appreciate what the FireStick provides but haven't been able to cut the cable quite yet. It's worth experimenting with, and if you really don't need Liv programming and sports, or the full channel guide provided with my cable provider, you might do better than me at cutting costs instead of adding more. ;+)

We rent if Florida for 3 months in the winter and the fire stick gives us access to 100's of movies and shows without added cost. We already and an older fire stick so updated to the smart tv version.

I am not sure why I waited so long to purchase the Fire Stick. It works really well and with the apps that can be loaded, you can watch so many different programs. Definitely well worth the money

Best Buy is great! The product shipped quickly and works perfectly. The Fire TV Stick is super easy to use. Just plug it in to the port on your TV and get all of your apps. I love it!

The Fire Stick was a great option for my bedroom tv. It came programmed right out of the box so I didn't have to do much of anything except enjoy my programs.

I like more than I thought I would. cut cord and went to Hulu Live, Opens quick, stream is fast, very few probs, esp ince I added Orbi mesh network. Love the simple remote, and I thought I would hate it. Sed recommend.

Easy install, up and running very quickly. Connected to my WiFi, no problem. Downloaded various streaming apps and broadcast channels. Using it in a guest room without a cable box.

I have a chromecast ultra and idk it’s gotten really slow but this fire stick works great and has a remote and works with Apple TV and u can send YouTube videos to your tv just like chrome cast

Very happy with the reception I get on my televisions. Was easy to install and has a great picture. My viewing bill is cut in half. Great product and a great idea.

This device is easy to plug into the HDMI port on your Smart TV but depending on your internet connection, it might not be as fast as you expect. Amazon has a lot of choices of shows from movies to tv.

me and my grand child needed new fire sticks one for 4k the other with voice remote stop by local store had both at store price matched amazon in and out in min.
