The 4k fire tv stick is a great streaming device compared to all other devices. The only device that performs better is the Nvidia sheild and the Nvidia sheild pro, but when taking into consideration the price of the three devices, the Fire tv stick is a much better purchase, for new comers and experienced streamers, and cord cutters alike. You will not regret purchasing this item for all of your streaming needs.

I was surprised how easy setup and installation was. It is a great 4K product and much cheaper the Apple TV 4K.

Lovely device. The ability to simply control your TV and streaming services with one remote is amazing. The set up is super simple as well, definitely do not have to be a computer whiz to set this up. Very easy to work. I am an apple user and love using everything Apple for the shear convenience of being able to link everything, but I replace my old Apple TV with this and I doubt I would go back.

Purchased as an alternative to cable. Pros- The picture quality is great. It provides many free programs, and the set up was pretty easy. Cons-takes time to scroll through to find programs. However, I'm sure that once we adjust to this different format, It will not be a problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to cut the cable cord.

Absolutely phenomenal product. It plugged in with ease even to the 42 inch samsung TV from 2008 she kept in her grandmother's archaic living room that even her grandma wouldn't live in, and even after we lost the remote in the broken, hole filled couch we could still use it with the apps on our phones. It had every app under the sun, and despite the power going out during every storm and every time a tractor trailer rolled by a bit too fast on the tourist highway next to the house, it held up extremely well. With it being a small device without a fan, it did get pretty warm when the ac stopped working, but during the winter when the heating oil ran out in with a -10° wind-chill it felt about average temperature. Also because of it's design, we could wipe off the dust from the manure filled fields surrounding the house and cat hair that caked on about a week after getting 3 cats, without it affecting performance. A+ product for any lifestyle choice, but probably a better idea to get 2 and hide one for later so that you don't have to worry about not having tv streaming services for three months while you save up to buy a new fire stick.

We have had out fire sticks since November and cancelled Cox. Absolutely love it. We bought the Fire Recast as well. Never miss a show and can totally watch what we want when we want. Can also go to another room ant pick a show up where we left off. Way better than Cox. The sales associate at Best Buy was super knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Thank you!

Installation is extremely easy (plug into TV, plug into power source), and follow prompts on TV screen to load free or subscription APPS (including Disney+ for the grandkids), and you are ready to watch. There are plenty of free streaming service (including IMDB & TUBI), so there are shows and movies for every taste. And the free movies and shows have half the commercials of regular and cable TV.

I think the price is great and it seems to be faster than the picture is fantastic on my 4k TV.

Love the 4k fire stick its pretty much the same as Apple TV but cheaper. You can download whatever app you want if its available in the amazon store. So you can select which network channels or games you want to have or your fire stick. Quality of image is great because it has 4k capability as well it has to do with your tv and is the show or app has 4k as well. Love that the control can turn on/off the tv and fire stick as well as the volume control.

Appreciate the new firestick. I had the older version and the newer version is much faster with option that I like, like the ability to control the volume. This allows less remote to clutter the area. Con which is not that major is that there is still the click sound when depressing the buttons on the remote. I don't why it bothers me so much but it is annoying.

The 4K fire stick provides a great picture. Easy to use. Easy to setup. Connects to home WiFi perfectly.

Love that my main apps are already buttons on the remote, so no searching! I just hit the app I want and my TV turns on to that app! Super easy. Also, I only need this remote for turning off the TV, turning sound up and down and also surfing for other apps or programs. It has been great. It is also very easy to set up.

Pound for pound, this is the best android streaming device to enjoy all of your favorite streaming apps. At this price point, this device CANNOT be beat. Similar items from competitors, while costing more, do NOT provide any discernible advantage. In this instance, the great reviews do not lie. This product is worth it.

When I bought this, I thought I was settling, because I had gone to the store looking for it a Google Chromecast but they were all out. But this thing is great. I only had one downside, but that wasn't because of the device but because of what I was subscribing to (Hulu Plus wouldn't allow me to switch my home address in their system because I was using a Wi-Fi hotspot instead of a cable subscription for Wi-Fi -- hello YouTube TV!).

I had the none 4K version, I really like this new device as it packs a lot of power at a great price. Running a VPN on the old stick slowed the device, this version has no problem. The new remote control is very handy as well. No more searching for the TV remote to adjust the volume or turn off power. The only thing I expected to have more memory not just 8GB other than that it's a great device I recommend it.

I decided to get another Fire TV Stick and choose the 4 K version and enjoy the features more than the original. I like the power button and the volume control buttons. The new Fire Stick is faster as well. Some of the networks are no longer working on my Blu Ray disc players and having this Fire Stick allows me to access Amazon Prime videos.

Better then the built in smart apps on my new Vizio M series TV and the wifi is so much faster. Yet, there is a big flaw in almost all streaming devices. The major flaw is you can never really turn them off and that for them to work they normally have to be plugged into a wall outlet like everything else. For a device so small that should not be. On the positive side the quality of the Amazon fire 4k stick is good. Picture quality high after setting it up correctly, good wifi and easy menus. Yet, lol for all the hype of Alexa she still can't understand what I am saying when I search YouTube. Overall good product and I would recommend it to a friend if they needed something like this. But, I am still not all in on Amazon products like some people are.

Easy to use, fast, remote works great with tv, way better ease of use and speed that of an apple tv

So I literally upgraded to this stick simply because it had the power and volume buttons on it. It turns out the speed of this of this stick is actually and truly faster than the last version. I watch a lot of live sports and the last stick had a lot of buffering during games with 3 different service providers. Since purchasing this stick, the buffering has cut down immensely. I will probably be upgrading all of my TV's to this upgraded version.
