This is my second firestick and I must say that the remote is better. There is a volume control and mute button so you don’t have to use multiple remotes. The older version did not have this. The picture quality is amazingly clear and voice recognition is concise. If you are looking at getting one, now is the time to buy it.

Fire TV is smaller, faster, and cheaper! 4K looks amazing!

These 4K firesticks rock. I have been a Youtube TV subscriber for a while and this works in perfect combination with Amazon Prime Subscription. I love how seemlessly this remote works with older smart tvs.

Wow - even at full price this is a bargain! On sale, almost a steal when compared to the much pricier Apple TV. In fact, I have an older Apple TV, and have decided I don't need a new one because the Fire TV Stick is so good. The picture quality is better than tv through my cable box. I now have three TV sticks.

Have purchased several of these 4K sticks now. They are very fast and the number of streaming apps is amazing. It is nice that you are able to run quality audio such as dolby and dts. Definitely suggest running the 4K with the existing a/c adaptor as opposed to trying to run USB power from your tv, rcvr, etc. You will find you can get std usb sources to work but will likely encounter reliability issues (i.e. does not run as efficiently, hourglassing yet you know your internet speed is adequate, etc.)

I’m an Amazon Prime member and bought this before I bought a 4K TV for the faster performance. Once I upgraded the TV and could watch 4K movies I was impressed with the crisp and clear picture. The interface is a little busy for my taste but there’s literally tons of good content to watch.

Great and it works very well and easy to set up. Not a single problem with setting it up. The first time that I used the voice controller.

i bought this to turn a regular tv into a smart tv. easy to set up too.it worked. it has disney plus as part of the streaming apps. I like that it's voice controlled no more clicking buttons. i was happy with the abilities of this remote i ordered a second one at half price sale. it came in two days later.

Purchasing the firestick was a good decision. The set up was very easy. I didn't encounter any hiccups along the process. After setting up my firestick the picture was absolutely amazing. I was glued to the TV for about 3 days straight. I love it. I will purchase another one for the first room TV.

I like the this little device. It packs a few notable features, particularly being able to play in 4K and the speed. I had the first gen stick and it was a lot slower and couldn't play 4K. Alexa is built in and works like a charm. Amazon's video library has become very competitive. Awesome shows to watch!

I was looking for the best solution to get off the cable for good and the Fire Stick was the answer. The Best Buy crew walked me through all the options and landed with the Fire TV to best integrate with my lifestyle and TV watching habits. Easy to set up and the voice command works great through all the subscribed services.

easy to use and very convenient as I can "talk" to it and it will change channels, select a movie, go forward, go back....really handy gadget.....would be nice if a more detailed instruction manual was with it but it's really easy to figure out. Would definitely recommend this item

Easy to operate and compact. Our first Fire TV Stick did not last as long as I thought it should. The picture resolution and sound quality of the Fire Stick 4K is impressive. Only minor drawback is that I have to use both the TV remote and the Fire Stick 4K to operate the system.

I was concerned this might be difficult to start up, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it really was. ( I had an available port on my sound bar). Getting used to the remote took a few tries but once I figured it out - no problem. And the Alexa voice prompt is very helpful.

Fire sticks work good they're fast in the advantage that they have over Roku is the web browser other than that I like the roku's better because they're simpler to operate but voice commands work good because Alexa understands what you're saying unlike Roku but I'm not that lazy where I can't use the remote because by the time you say something you could have already done it with your regular remote on his there's your proof clearance

Excellent product and with 50% discount it was the best choice. Very easy to use and configure. I have all my streaming services consolidated in this device.

We had a older TV upstairs that we wanted to stream Netflix and amazon on. It was a fairly easy set up. Since the TV was 6 years old it took a little more time just to pair it. But works great when we got it working right. Nice feature to just talk into remote to find shows to watch.

This thing is surprisingly nice. It has excellent picture quality, easy to set up and has lots of nice features. I would have given it five stars but the mic in the remote isn’t as understanding as other Amazon products. I have to repeat my commands a lot in order for it to understand what I’m saying. I don’t have that problem with my dot or spot. You can connect an echo device to the fire tv and use that but commands are limited. You have no control over Amazon music. One fix for the poor mic pickup is to download the fire tv app and use a phone instead of the remote. The iPhone mic works great.
