This fire stick is awesome the new controller is great no need to change between tv remote and fire-stick one all in one is a great feature! Definitely faster the the regular fire stick. Definitely recommend!!

Works great. Luv the voice control feature makes it so much easier when searching for a movie or entering email and passwords. The 4k really brings out the TV quality as well. Worth it!

I have used several Roku products in the past and decided to give the Amazon Firestick try. One reason I went with the Firestick is that the tv can be turned on and off and the built in volume controls. To be fair I believe the latest Roku has these features as well but I’m not writing this to compare the two, just wanted to point out the similarities. The Firestick is easy to install and setup, once powered up it will look for a wifi connection. After the connection is made it will automatically download any necessary updates, youn now ready to stream. Hope some I’ll find this to be helpful.

So I got this because I have a 2013 Samsung Smart TV whose remote gave out. For over a year now, the only way I’ve had to control it is by actually getting up, heading over to the TV, and having to use the single button on the back of the TV to do all sorts of functions. Now imagine trying to type in an email and password for Netflix by doing that! So when I saw that the fire stick had finally come out with a remote that could control the power and volume of the TV I was sold!! All my problems solved! Although the TV is already a smart TV, I can do the same things and more with this fire stick, and best of all, I can do it without getting out of my seat!

Upgrade as my older version was slow. This version is a lot better. Also looks like the picture is better.

This is an updated version of my older fire stick. This unit is way faster, has much more memory and remote can also control some features on the television. Should have purchased two.

This fire stick has been great turning our older non-smart tv into one. It was easy to set up, add apps, log on to our apps, and run. We love the “talk into the mic” feature.

Product works as it is supposed to. Was easy to install and simple to operate. Was previously using a different tuner and the Fire Stick is by far superior.

This is my first Fire Stick and I love it. Works great, video quality is awesome and remote is very user friendly. There's nothing to not like about fire stick. I bought the 4k model.

easy to set up and use! I was going to tr the comcast, but this comes with it's own remote instead of using your phone. Once plugged in will update itself so you are always up to date!

Was very easy to setup, and I love the remote control features like you can control de volume but also by voice, and very important the 4K which allow you to watch in this quality, programs offered in 4K

I upgraded to these 4k firesticks and oh boy. The picture became more crisp and this purchase was an overall good purchase. The $24 dollar price was great too.

I'm very picky on what I'll watch on tv and usually you have to upgrade to get the channels that play your specific programs on tv. Most of your cable company's start you out with a package that has maybe 90% percent junk channels. That's forcing you to upgrade to the higher prices package to be able to watch anything worth watching. Sneaky they are. But if you purchase this little item you don't pay for all those jusnk channels you never watch anyhow. You gcan choose and pay for exactly the channels you want. Very easy to hook ago. And program. Enjoy not paying thhose cable companies for channels you never watch. Only pay for what you watch.

I love my new Fire stick 4K with remote. It makes the picture quality great and the he’s with having a remote is awesome. I went from two remotes to one room up which is always a plus

Easy to uses and a good deal. Control is light weight and quick access to all your favorites. This is my 3rd one. I use them throughout the house.

I love my 4k fire stick. Very easy to use and learn. It is great for its price. The children even love it and know how to use the device also. You can't beat the price for it.

New and improved Fire TV Stick 4K. Much faster than the original Fire Stick. New buttons make it nice to go to Prime, Netflix, etc instantly. Only complaint still no way to enter channel #'s on the remote.

Quality build. The remote is also quality. Price has dropped on these recently at Best Buy. This is the model that includes the volume/mute button - an absolute must so that you don't have to have two remotes anymore!!! :o). Here's my two beefs: 1) if left alone and the TV goes to 'sleep', upon waking and you start watching again, it tends to freeze. I have 3 of these (on 3 different TVs) in my home, and it has done them on all 3. The solution is to go into the settings and restart the FireTV stick. It is possible that it could be a problem with my ISP (AT&T Internet 1000), but unsure. 2) this is not specific to the Firestick, but rather, it is specific to 'internet TV'. I mention this because it was something that, while I am getting used to, I overlooked (or didn't comprehend?) this at first... and that is - if you are used to a 'numbered' channel line up, and you want to progress from the "channel 2 station" to channel 3, and 4, and 5, and so-on, internet TV may not be the system for you. This can be evidenced by the fact that there are no numbers on this remote (or any of the internet TV system remotes). The elderly may not like this switch. BUT, once you figure it out, it's pretty intuitive.
