This item was easy to install, came preloaded with many streaming apps. Was simple to add other apps. Easy to navigate with remothe.

Easy to use, as we are cable cutting. The voice command feature is great and has permitted me find programs I would have missed otherwise.

my husband loves this. he travels a lot, and uses this in the hotels to stream. very easy and is able to do everything handsfree if he wishes.

Completely divorced from DIRECTV and happy to be saving money each month, the Fire TV Stick 4k product performs as advertised. Had a problem with establishing a new account, because of an Amazon web site problem, but a quick call to Amazon rewarded me with a quick callback and the very capable rep walked me through the process which took about ten minutes. the whole process was assuring that there are real people out there that can give valuable help. System is working great and I can stream what pleases me. Thanks Amazon.

Needed a streaming media player and decided on Amazon Fire TV with 4K. Picture looks awesome. Highly recommend.

This updated firestick is so much better than the original. The voice control is great and it's much faster with load times.

Amazon Firestick 4K is pretty easy to set up and gives you access to many streaming sources. I am new to cutting the cord, but i did quite a bit of research before purchasing. I would say that for the money, this streaming platform is hard to beat.
