I bought the first fire stick i think over 7 years ago it finally died on me so i bought this latest version and its even better it has tv controls so i can turn up and down volume i can also power off the tv with it love it .ps got it on sale paid $25 after taxes

I switched from using DISH TV to this. This saves me a lot of money. Plus with the Alexa supported remote everything is way too easy to navigate around. A must buy if you don’t have one. You can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, HBO and many other things with this. Even if you take subscriptions for all these, it will be way too cheaper than the TV prices you would pay every month. I would recommend this to everyone

awesome what power this little stick has. With it and my new digital antenna I have told Comcast to stick it! Internet is from unlimited hot spot data from T-mobile and TV can be had for far less than cable on so many types of subscription packages. I watch Netflix for hours every night. Extremely easy to use. battery replacement will be a real challenge. Google how to do it on line, lots of people have great instructions on how to change batteries. Never would have figured it out myself.

Love that this model can control the TV volume and power with the same remote and that it support 5Ghz Wifi. Also note you can use this model even if your TV is not 4K. However this model does not support the Amazon game controllers if you were upgrading from an older model and like to use them with headphones for silent TV watching. I am noticing more and more that the Fire TV devices do not provide enough storage if you use a variety of apps. As Fire TV updates, the size of the OS grows and it then silently uninstalls apps and forces you to reinstall apps when you next use them. Also been having more and more buffering with ESPN, where I have no buffering at all on my older Roku devices. This is likely my last Fire TV device and I will lean more towards Roku going forward.

Fire Stick 4K it the perfect fit for our family as we do not have cable. We get to watch so many different movies plus. Yes we have Netflix and Hulu, with the Fire Stick 4K we can get so many Apps on our TV and watch more then Cable subscribers get not to mention the savings $$$. Extremely easy to use. Absolutely love the 4K fire stick! I now own at least 4 of the fire sticks, two of which is a regular fire stick and two 4K fire sticks! I will eventually upgrade all of them to the 4K fire sticks! It has made watching TV so much more exciting! There is so much you can watch with the 4K fire stick and such a great picture with the 4K quality! I would recommend it if you’re into watching movies in a quality HD picture!

The 4k fire stick offers a clearer picture on your tv. Having the volume control on this remote allows just one remote.

Love the fire tv stick. Easy to set it up and has a lot of movies and show to stream. Also has an in Appstore. The remote is simple and small which doesn't take up space which is great. Bestbuy had it on sale and bought 2 fire tv sticks. I recommend you get one

I bought the Fire TV stick after reading on the Dish Website that I could watch recordings on my Hopper at home while I am away for the winter. It works great. I plugged it in to my TV and it walked me thru all the setups, logging in, etc. I downloaded the Dish Anywhere app and logged in and it connected right away. I received a 30 day trial of SlingTV with it. I have been listening to Pandora quite a bit also. I haven't been able to check out other apps since I don't use them at this time.

These are great for mainstream as well as 3rd party development (watch the Youtube videos you can do great things with these) Can be a little overwhelming of Amazon content advertisement, but you can disable the catered advertisement (I suggest it) unless you like that sort of thing. The 4K stick is much faster and stable vs the others and I usually run mine off the TV's USB port (not recommended by Amazon, wall outlet also provided)
