We love the new updated model. We’ve had a fire stick for years- ours was out dated and had issues so purchased the new model. What a great difference! Connects quickly, smooth install, all my apps saved and transferred with problem and the picture/sound quality is great!!

This product is a life changer. It was very easy to install. It was very affordable. There is nothing that you can’t watch or do with this product. My husband finds it very user friendly which for him nothing electronic comes easy. I would highly recommend this to anyone

I got this because my son showed me his and how it works. (His is an older one without Alexa) I can now get all my cable programing through this device at a much much lower cost! As soon as I feel more confident and my wife becomes settled with it, bye bye cable.

had purchased the original fire stick when they came out. Always liked the fire stick but the loading speed was slow, and would 'glitch' during movies. When this new 4K Firestick came out I decided to upgrade to the new version. This Firestick is Great, no issues with this one at all! Would recommend to others

Great 4k quality, simple to navigate, bought it to watch direct tv stream on a LG tv.

Works beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone that might need it never had a problem with it just got is not too long ago but it works good for me. I know it be good for others.

I replaced all of my Rokus because they keep producing that HDCP content error, so I went with FireTV 4K Sticks. So far, so good. No issues. Compact and easy to set up. All my Xfinity cable boxes have been turned in, but I can still use the Xfinity Stream app on the Fire TVs.

I own 2 of these in my home but I’ve bought like 5 of them as gifts for others. I love the updated UI, the ease of use with Alexa devices makes things so simple, I LOVE that I can use the remote control things like my tv and sound bar ... if I had more TVs I’d buy even more of them.

Set up is easy and finding programs via voice control is great.

New volume button makes it easier and 4k is amazing

This device works great, I compare it with an Amazon Fire TV box and I can see the box is much slower. I was wrongly assumed that the box should be faster just because it is bigger and has better hardware, but it looks like the stick has newer technology on it and I never saw any lags or delays.

I purchased this 4k firestick to upgrade from the 1080 firestick. This streaming device offers more power to handle 4k media, the remote has more options, such as the ability to control your tv's power off/on, volume, and mute. I was pleased with the new device as soon as I started using it. I highly recommend this streaming device.

The 4k Fire TV Stick is something every household should have. It literally turned my Insignia 50" HDTV into a Smart Fire TV. I know this to be factual because I own one. I got this in thanksgiving deal. It has all the apps needed. It has inbuilt chromecast feature so you can directly cast your videos from mobile/tab on your TV. Added advantage if you have Amazon prime account so can stream all movies/videos. It's pretty fast. It's better than Roku as you get amazon support in all countries.
