It took a lot longer to set up that I thought it would. Also, the TV was not providing sound. I tried it on another TV and that worked well and I got sound when I plugged it back in to the original TV. I would have liked some more instructions included in the package. It is working now, but I think I have a lot to learn. It is a lot faster than the other Firestick we have.

I purchased this device to facilitate streaming to my new 4K TV and de imagen and stream is amazing for any app. The installation is incredibly simple and easy to understand. For the 4k devices, the FireTV is much better that the other devices.

Great product. I especially like that it comes with a remote control. I bought in the past the Google connection. I never used it because I needed to link it with my cell phone.

Purchased fire stick in order to get Disney+ on al older, non-4K smart TV. This one did the trick and will transition well when we upgrade to a 4K tv. Happy with the purchase and look forward to using for a long time.

This Amazon-Fire Stick is easy to set up, with thousands of videos, movies, classic TV shows, and the always present Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Excellent choice for older HDTV's that are not smart tv's.

The Firestick is very easy to set up. I have downloaded a couple of apps to use when traveling. This seems to be a very inexpensive way to keep up on certain TV programs while traveling for an extend period. The voice recognition remote is great.

I loved how fast it arrived via Best Buy also the ease of use. Great thing to add an extender for HDMI as most of the tv's are mounted to the wall and its easier to have it with HDMI extender adapter provided with this.

Great product for an older TV! We have two 55" Samsung 3D TV; not smart and the DVD players offer restricted apps. When the Xbox was removed we were lacking. The Fire TV Stick opened a whole world of free viewing and pay options. We were able to view free episodes of recent public shows that On Demand want a per episode fee. All for a one time reasonable fee. If you are already a Prime Member, the product sync immediately. The remote is flimsy, making me wonder how long it will hold up.

I’m loving my fire stick. I can watch anything I want with it. I can also use it in other televisions in the house for movie night with the family. Thanks Best Buy for all of your reliable products that last.

This fire TV stick is what I need to cut the cord & save money. I do not use the voice remote much yet. I am finding more than enough programs and shows to watch using this stick. I have purchased a second stick for my other TV.

Excellent value which allowed me to get rid of my xfinity DTA boxes which did nothing but unscramble the signal and cost me $7 per month each! I now use the xfinity app. The stick was very easy to setup.

Easy to use, very intuitive. The fire TV stick is my go to after using Roku and a clone streaming box.

What more could you ask of a streaming service! Super easy set-up, on screen directions, loads of choices and the ability to search for and add more streaming options. Such a great way to tell cable where they can go!

Hulu stopped allowing my DVD and tv streaming of it's content so I got the fire stick 4k so I could continue to watching Hulu on my tv boy am I glad I did great picture and sound.

Easy too as extra apps. I love that the remote also controls the TV so as long as you don’t have to change the input you only need one remote. I wish you could change the buttons on the bottom for app shortcuts to replace the ones I don’t use.

This is a replacement for one that went bad after many years, it was one of the originals. We love it, works great with out Hulu and Amazon Prime, we don't need cable, we cut the ties and haven't looked back!

I have a firestick and love it so I bought a new one to keep and gave my old one to my dad they could watch stuff thru the apps since they don’t have a smart tv. It’s easy to use for him.

I purchased Fire TV stick 4k With Alexa Remote..it been really good..I installed it in a old Tv..I have YouTube Hulu and I get to see a lot of free movies.i have help from Alexa..I'm happy with this device.

2d Fire stick. Purchased 1st one for my enjoyment and wife borrowed it to watch a Denzel movie. Needless to say, she's still wathching Denzel MOVIES! It was useless to negoitate it back.

I updated my fire stick because the last generation was being a little “Choppy”. I updated to the 4K and now everything works as it should. If you’re having issues, I suggest that you update to the newest model!
