A big step up for the previous models. We have 3 of the older models and after buying this we are replacing all ofvthem.

Recommend having a Amazon Prime Account for easier install. Have lots of apps to choose from all categories. Picture and sound quality are great.

We use apple TV in our home, but the fire stick is now just as popular if not more. We can get any channel we want, and the picture quality if top notch!

The firesticks were a great purchase. Easy to use and set up. A much better choice than a monthly cable bill. Shipping was easy and convenient.

For those without a smart tv, this is hands down the best streaming device. Easy to setup and so easy to use, my 4 year old can do it.

Most TVs already have the apps included in the fire stick. My internet provider (Comcast Xfinity) also provided me with a similar device and a voice remote so this product quickly became obsolete for me. It was easy to set up and link with my Amazon account so that was a good experience.

I bought my first FireStick just under 2 years ago and I loved it. Recently though, I've had problems with it connecting to Netflix or Amazon and staying connected. The picture wasn't clear at all and became all pixelated. I took my old Firestick back to BestBuy as I had purchased the extended warranty with it. Not only did BestBuy replace my FireStick at no charge, but the upgraded it to the newer 4K version! Awesome BestBuy, way to make your customers Very Happy! Thank you so much!!!

Really like the fire stick. I jailbroke mine & can do many things with it like watch a lot of great movies. Walk into Best Buy & good 2 fire sticks glad I did.
