Have another brand of streaming device in the house as well but the fire stick is my favorite. Easy set up and seamless use.

Install was easy and its self explanatory. The Alexa built in makes it faster as well. Perfect for trips for Hotels that doesnt have upgraded streaming.

Easy setup to control both tv and Amazon device. I bought it for my MIL who is not tech savvy and she uses it with ease.

I own a number of these, they work great for many things. Prime video, YouTube. Facebook videos. Basically most videos you want to stream.

I don’t have the darn buffering issues that I had with the other Fire TV Stick. Way faster. I don’t see the difference in the picture but much faster response.

This is my second fire stick I am pleased with it's performance so far. The previous one stopped working suddenly after a year and the only possible reason I could attitude it to was a possible power surge. So I would advise customers to use surge protector with the fire stick.

I've long wanted to "cut the cord" with cable, and am happy with this Amazon Fire TV stick 4K. It meets my needs for the streaming apps and services I use. The best part: I no longer pay for cable TV. Minor issues of the Fire TV stick that may irritate some: * It takes a bit to learn how to navigate Fire TV guides. (It didn't take me long.) * It can be a little glitchy, depending on your Internet service. (Not horrible.) * Depending on how many streaming apps one uses, the stick may not have enough space compared to other comparable devices (e.g., Amazon Fire Cube).
