Menus are very flashy and could be streamlined. I did have some audio video sync issues when plugging in through a receiver, once plugged into the tv directly the issues went away.

Overall we got what we needed.

It worked great most of the time but we had to mess with it a few time to get where we wanted to go. Overall though, its been a great purchase. Especially, for the discounted price over the holiday.

Good Alternative

Can’t get BritBox except by going online - using the browser. Very hard to navigate in Prime Video, in fact I haven’t figured it out yet. A surprise, given that this is an Amazon product. They want you to use Alexa, but I don’t want to activate that intrusion in my home.
