Chris from the Geek Squad did the installation in our home. It was a complicated installation and Chris did an amazing job. Part of our order with Best Buy included several fire sticks. We found one did not work properly. We worked with Dave in Customer Service in the Manalapan, NJ store to return this fire stick. He was extremely helpful and made sure we received the proper credit to our Best Buy account. He went out of his way to help us.

Great Device for streaming tv/video

Different Interface Coming from Roku

The interface is a little confusing coming from Apple products and the Rokusphere. I don't know if I like it the same as the other sticks, but it does do about the same things as the others.
