Seems like if you don’t already have amazon prime or want to buy it then this is useless if you have a smart tv already. Plus every channel you might want has to be paid for with a subscription.

So I cancelled cable and I watch more TV with the firestick.

Was a learning curve for us!

This was our first exposure and it presented a challenge to hook up. We have an older TV which Amazon nor Haire could find an IR code to use so we must use 2 remotes one for turning on and channels one for volume- also because of this the voice remote does not work. This makes the stick more difficult to use as there is no voice remote or number buttons for changing channels. Guess its just old dogs learning new tricks!
