It even seems to enhance the sound quality of my "home theater", as well as the picture quality of my monitor. Since the Firestick controls my receiver and TV, the only time I need to use my universal remote now is when I want to watch a blu-ray movie or play a CD. I wasn't thrilled to have to buy it, but it was a good purchase, and not too expensive.

If you need extra power to run it for some reason, do not run a cable to an outlet just connect it to another USB output on you TV. If you do not have an extra output, connect a USB hub to the one you have an run the needed cables to the hub. However, this item does not need much power to run.

I have Netflick but with all the free stuff I have available I no longer need it. I bought the 4K stick when it was on sale but knowing what I do now I would have to been happy to pay the full price! The picture quality is outstanding!

Fire TV Stick was the answer! Very pleased with this device, and very happy with the money I'll save, and not pay for what I don't, but have more choices than I could every imagined.
