Maybe better when I get used to it

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I currently have ROKU devices but was thinking of switching internet providers because ROKU doesn't work with Kinetic which is a provider I am considering. I found the setup process much more difficult than ROKU and probably not quite as user friendly as ROKU. Maybe with time I'll like it more....I"ve been using ROKU for almost a year. Neither of these has a streaming APP for Spectrum (Time Warner) which is somewhat ridiculous . THey have streaming service but no apps to work with ROKU or Firestick.
