I don't know if it's because I have a Roku tv.

Good one for older version TVs

It converts old TV into smart TV and remote controller is so easy to use. Good for someone who don't want to spend more money on smart TV and will recommend to my family/friends.

Better than the previous version

It performed all right ... most of the time. A friend gave me a Best Buy gift certificate, and, since I couldn't think of anything I really needed, I decided I would upgrade to the 4K model. It was a very good decision. This model is not perfect (I have to reboot it every so often), but it works significantly better than my previous version.

Amazon Fire Stick

I specifically purchased the Amazon Fire Stick because this is the only streaming device that had the ATT Uverse app which allowed me to stream ATT Uverse channels with out an additional ATT box. (It does not include local channels; however, this is due to ATT and not the fire stick).
