I give it a 3 because they need to stop with the excessive bloatware and increase the space. 5GB and 2GB is crap you’ll never use that you can’t delete. You can, however cure the streaming stutters by getting a hardline attachment for it from Amazon and plug it straight into your router/modem.

Mixed feelings - getting to hate AMAZON

I was not happy with they way AMAZON works but getting my streaming services and controlling my tv from one device is great.
