    After going through the set up, the Fire Stick could stream video to my Insignia TV but would not play sound. Spent 30 minutes with Amazon tech support trying every update, configuration, etc. to eventually be told the Fire Stick was not compatible with my TV and I should contact Insignia and ask them why their television won't work with an Amazon streaming device. Returned the Fire Stick to Best Buy instead.

    first amazon 4k remote died and purchased a new 4k firestick, but it was not streaming 4k quality, so I returned this product. wondering how such a popular product failed on quality. will buy again,think this time something went wrong with the quality department.

    My older Fire stick was having issues. I upgraded to this new one. Picture was much better. At first the new remote turned the TV on/off and could adjust the volume too. Now those to features do not work. Picture is still good.
