Easy set up with plugging into tv. Needs to come with more information and set up. Su subscriptions become expensive and might as well go back to cable. My device already is malfunctioned and the Alexa part isnt working now.

Apps and search results are totally geared to benefit Amazon and excludes many key apps and search results. The customer's needs and wishes seem to be of zero importance. I absolutely would NOT purchase again. ROKU is far superior!

I got jerked. All it says on my TV is "Fire TV Stick", it doesn't say "Fire TV Stick 4K". I wonder what happen to the 4K. I paid 29.99 for the 4K and it looks like I got the 27.99. Shame on your guys.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K did not meet my expectations. I thought it would be much better than my Amazon Gen 3. It is somewhat better but not by much. Still have buffering problems.

Ghe only gripe i have about it is the storage capacity it comes with (8GB and 5GB out the box, but you can expand it with a OTG cable and a USB 3.0 thumb drive of up to 128GB but there have bee instances of people using up to 2TB).

Appearing fine, I was uncertain whether it would provide more viewing options then what was available on my smart TV. After cutting cable we no longer wanted monthly subscriptions. This did not help us. Returned for a full refund.

Omg. This Alexa stick is awsome. Made my tv work even better than the tv on it’s own. It’s like an update to a TV. Didn’t have to buy a smarter tv. My tv got smart with this.

Although I did return these items it wasn't because they didn't work well... They probably would have been fine if I was in a different area. See ATT does not give my area very good signal strength so these were of no use to me.

Works perfectly with my older flat screens. great buy

Was looking to update my old Firestick, instead I went to BestBuy and purchased 2 new ones 4K

Great device but for the price it seems that you are paying for for Amazon name. Also not having Google play is a problem. I have multiple movies through them that won't play back 4k through YouTube.

Interface is good but the device response is delayed sometimes randomly.

The older version adapted to each television much better allowing for volume and power control. This one does not operate in the same fashion.

I wasn't able to download the xfinity stream app. I'm not sure if it was bc I have a Sony tv and that app isn't downloadabe on that TV. I thought the firestick would get around that but didn't.

I wound up picking up a Fire TV which made this not needed at this time.

Having issues with Disney plus not playing in 4k. Other that it's been great from switching to HDR and to Dolby vision how curator antenna. I would get other for prize I payed which was $39.99

...the content was as exciting as the promotion for this item. The movies and programming in the firestick is one that in a month you will be over it. There is nothing that causes exitment that makes you utilize and watch the app.

I only give it 3 stars due to the change of the main menu. I have an older version on another TV and like the old layout of that menu much better. As far as the device it works fine,it is my second Fire TV, I got away from Roku.

Fire stick is okay, but it still is perfect for voice commands. Neither is Google and fire stick is cheaper, so I went with fire stick.

Once a while, i have to restart the stick. Not sure, 4k feature is too heavy feature to operate on the stick, but i get freeze very often. Price was good, but they got lots of rooms to improve.
