Decent selection of apps. DirecTV Now could use some improvement on this device. Poor audio quality while streaming on demand content and some weird issues with ads playing over show content. Otherwise, not bad.

the Fire TV Stick was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the setup. When I asked the tech at the Best Buy store he stated "it makes your tv smart". I guess that make me dumb.

BB sold me a stick with dead batteries. Works inconsistently with TV.

Purchased this for my sister and she's telling me that it is really slow to respond. I have a Fire TV Stick 4K which I purchased at Amazon which works fine. This product from Best Buy however is slow. I can't help my sister as she lives in Canada and she purchased this because of my recommendation. I believe that the unit I got from Best Buy is faulty.

My tv’s Wi-Fi card went bad so I purchased a fire stick. When watching a movie it starts buffering and it’s very annoying

The fire stick streams like its designed to do, but I’m disappointed in what’s available to stream. It is not a replacement for cable as I had hoped.

It works well most of the time but sometimes freezes at the user selection screen.

This device has had intermittent failures while watching content. Internet speed being used is 1 GB so it is not due to slow internet. When it works-it’s very nice.

Great product just the speed is low would have been really nice to have a good Spey.

Purchased to save money on cable tv bills. Saved us over 100 dollars a month but takes some getting used to. Also runs on a delay so if you are talking to someone watching a football game live, they will tell you about a touchdown before it plays on your tv by a minute or so. rewind is terrible, you have to watch every commercial, can't fast forward through them. For the cost savings and for no more tv than we watch it is a good deal, just, like everything else, takes some getting used to.

Pros: Is capable of handling very intensive CGI movies as long as you have great WiFi/internet speed. Cons: It is already running out of storage space. I had to back off on ad-on's.

It’San okay device for the money you pay. There are a lot of features but I feel like the voice and video may not be in sync all the time.

I wish I had known before I purchased this that it does not work with Xfinity Comcast and that there's no streaming service from Xfinity to the firestick

I bought it because I heard you can cut the cord. So far I haven't. Recent reviews say there are so many updates to it it's not worth buying. Just don't know. Probably should have not gotten it.

Nice 4K stick and able to connect to projector as well with no issues

It's an ok streaming stick. It seemed slow, returned for a Max. Max seemed to run much better than this version.

I gave this item as a gift they say it’s a little hard to program but it was worth it! She said ALL of these different channels. Own and a few others she has been missing since she cut cable.

This device isn’t as responsive as the Roku is. I definitely prefer the Roku over fire stick and fire stick doesn’t support some apps like the spectrum to app.

There really isn't anything different still the same, If we are looking for 4k we have to wait for whomever updates their movies or shows to an 1080p to 4k, and alot of movies have not been updated.
