It took too long to receive after I purchased it. The website said same day pickup. It took almost 2 weeks for it to be ready.

We got this so we could purchase an app to watch on demand movies. We are google people and this stick glitches alot but when it works its fine.

I bought a fire cube witch I loved worked great with alexa the stick in my opinion was very glitchy with alexa wired good with the voice button on the remote I ended up taking it back to the store

I was hoping this device would run off power thru the tv, but it has a separate power cord requirement. It does the same as my apple tv and still requires subscriptions thru all the apps.

the firestick controller is very finicky and breaks a lot. This is my 3 one and it's broke. My advice, keep it in a case if you're traveling.

I don't use it much anymore with all my TV's being able to do the exact same thing. And Amazon prime is just not worth it to me.

Good option if you are looking to do open source app. I use this to download more streaming app that are not found on your regular App Store or Apple TV store

kind of confusing at times, spend more time searching all the apps, instead of watching anything. to many downloads, and not enough free stuff...just saying

Wish I would of know there was a wireless one. If someone could of helped me I wouldn’t of bought this one for the cord is extremely short

If you just need to annoying your self buy this one I don't like just not add anything to my TV everything is here the smart TV maybe if its not smart is help

Will not install a lot of 3rd party apps that will install on all other streaming box's. Poor use of Google play, chrome browser and silk browser. Not real happy with fire stick 4k.

I have had numerous issues with the Firestick 4k. I have had to call tech support four times within a month. I think it is fixed now, reset and working correctly.

This remote compared to the old makes u sign up for different apps . I believe am also being charged for the tv app.

First let's start with the product description. ...1) I thought from the description that you plug it in and anything you want to watch was at your fingertips. 2) The description is another deceptive business practice...CONSUMER BEWARE.......most of anything you watch have costs. They will give you a 5or 7 day trail but soon as the trail ends, you cN guarantee that you will be billed on your credit card. No network such as Sling, Tubi have the same shows or movies. so the costs can add up.

I initially put this in my bedroom and it dropped internet connection every 15-20 minutes. I then relocated it to the room that has the internet. It seems to work fine there.

hasn't even lasted a year. completely took a crap, there were issues from the start but being an I.T specialist i found work arounds. The last two weeks there has been non stop buffering,freezing and blackouts and dropouts. My Verizon fios with in line mesh router and three boosters definitely isnt the issue. I had to pull my old roku stick out from the M.B tv and swap over. Will be buying a new roku for my M.B tv to replace and firestick can sit on the shelves. Do you're self a favor and grab the roku next to the fire stick instead. your welcome.

Apps all worked fine, but I could not get the audio to sync, and I can't watch a show where voices are not matching the person talking so I took it back

I bought this when it was very cheap for a special sale. I would not buy it again, and didn't waste the time to take it back, even after I bought another Roku to replace it. The ease of use is not as good as Roku and also the format with more ads being sneaked into your regular interface, leave it to Amazon.

Batteries that were included were dead. If you buy one just go ahead and throw the included batteries away
