Fire stick ugh

Called tech support several times without problem resolution & my internet company has tried to double bill us for service we already have!! Best Buy also gave me the wrong info on exchanging my Chrome Cast, so I now have almost $90 worth of useless equipment on my hands!

Stick works, remote stopped working in 3 weeks

Poor attention by Amazon customer support. Finally started using app from phone as remote.

Good if you don't need sleep mode

However, tne thing that is annoying is that the sleep mode still sends power to the HDMI port. That prevents a TV or monitor from going to sleep by itself. Very iratating that you can't use a PC monitor with auto input with this stick. Hope Amazon fixes with a firmware update.

If I could only unbuy

UI is important, UX is more important. Great if ALL YOU DO is Amazon and Netflix, but if you're any more technically capable than a hairdryer in the tub, you should look into a Raspberry Pi as your media player, they have fancy addons you can even plug in for high end audio systems.
